Morphica Refund & Cancellation Policy

No Refund Policy
All payments made to Morphica are non-refundable. Once a subscription plan (Basic or Pro) has been purchased, no refunds will be issued — whether credits are used or unused.
This applies to:
- Monthly subscription fees (Basic & Pro plans)
- Any credits included in the subscription plans
- Renewals processed through our automated billing system
Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
- Cancellation will stop the next billing cycle from being charged.
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you may continue using your remaining credits until expiry.
- Unused credits do not roll over into the next billing cycle once canceled.
Exceptional Circumstances
Morphica may, at its sole discretion, consider exceptions in cases of:
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Unauthorized transactions
- Platform-wide outages preventing service usage
Such cases will be reviewed individually, and resolution may include service credit or cancellation of future charges (not refunds).
