Welcome to Morphica.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Morphica platform and services, which provide AI-powered tools for image and video generation.

By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Account and Registration

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service.
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
  • You may not use the Service if barred from receiving services under applicable laws.
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account.
  • Accounts created by automated methods are not permitted.

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide accurate information when creating and using your account.
  • Respect intellectual property rights of others.
  • Maintain professional and respectful conduct in all interactions.

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service to create or distribute content that violates intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Engage in spam, harassment, or abusive behavior.
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures or misuse credits.
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission.

Subscription Plans, Credits & Billing

Morphica offers free and paid subscription plans:

  • Free Plan: 20 complimentary credits upon signup.
  • Basic Plan (₹399/month): 125 credits each month.
  • Pro Plan (₹599/month): 250 credits each month.
  • Credits are consumed when generating content using Morphica's AI tools.
  • Payments are processed securely by Dodo Payments.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds (if applicable) are handled according to our Refund Policy.
  • Morphica does not store your full payment details; payments are handled by PCI-compliant processors.

Ownership of Content

  • User Content: You retain ownership of the content you generate using Morphica (including prompts, images, and videos).
  • License to Morphica: By using the Service, you grant Morphica a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to operate and improve the Service.
  • Restrictions: You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.

Intellectual Property

  • Morphica owns all rights to the platform, technology, branding, and services.
  • You may not use Morphica's trademarks, logos, or intellectual property without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Morphica shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
  • Morphica's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific subscription or service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time.
  • We may terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or legal reasons.
  • Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately.
  • Termination does not affect rights and obligations that arose before termination.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If material changes occur, we will:

  • Update the "Last Updated" date at the top.
  • Post a notice on our website or notify you by email (if applicable).

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
